COMMERCIAL
The first challenge in designing an original office is innovative space planning which requires a creativite approach as it will directly affect the final design and office atmosphere. It also includes problem solving abilities that involve the constraints of the building, the clients’s company needs for example: number of meeting rooms; amount of storage; staff facilities; toilets; reception etc. Reflect the company’s brand and way of working and whether the company will be expanding or contracting in the near future. Meet all the applicable building regulations and encourage or enhance productivity. In short an innovative office with a progressive design will always be well space planned.
